Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is HIT Entertainment Limited, 5th Floor, Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NF, United Kingdom ("HIT"). 

2. This competition is open to all UK residents including Northern Ireland, excluding employees of the HIT group and their immediate families.

3. All entrants must be 18 years or older.

4. No purchase necessary. 

5. Competitors shall submit their entry via the online entry form found at www.bobthebuilder.com.		.

6. Competition opens at 12.01am on the 9th January 2012 and closes at 11.59pm on the 29th February 2012.

7. Winners will be notified by either email or phone advising they have won within 14 days of the competition closing date.

8. Winner’s details may be forwarded on to third parties for prize fulfilment purposes only and may be contacted directly by the third party to organise shipment/delivery of prize.  

9. You may enter this competition only once.

10. HIT does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries or entries from non-UK residents. An entry will be void if it is deemed damaged, illegible or incomplete.

11. The HIT prize committee will pick the winning entries at random.  

12. There will be 20 winners in total who will each receive one of the following prizes:

13. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the one specified is not available. 

14. The entrant agrees that HIT can use their name and their picture for promotional purposes.

15. All entries are property of HIT and will not be acknowledged. 

16. Entrants agree that if they win, HIT will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their abbreviated name and county address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.

18. HIT shall not be liable for loss or damage which the winners may suffer in respect of the prize but liability is not excluded for death or personal injury caused by HIT’s negligence.

19. It is agreed by each participant that by entering this competition, HIT may use all information given on this application for general reference, inclusion in corporate brochures, in-house news communications, company web sites and for legal compliance purposes without requirement to give any additional notice, seek any consent or make any payment of any nature.

20. This competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

21. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

22. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The submission of an entry form to HIT constitutes acceptance by each entrant of these rules.
